Sculptra Aesthetic is a treatment that gradually improves facial wrinkles and folds, like smile lines, by stimulating collagen production. Unlike hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, which work immediately, Sculptra is made from Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and it is recommended to treat with three injections over three to four months.

Results appear gradually over a few months and can last more than two years. PLLA is a safe, biodegradable substance used in medical products for over 30 years.
